  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM (Self-check-in via key box โ€“ code sent separately)

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

โœ… Check-Out Instructions:

  • Take out the rubbish

    • Located at the front of the building

    • Bins are labelled 22

    • Green = recycling

    • Black = non-recycling

  • Wash all utensils and crockery, and place back into cupboards

  • All used towels to be placed in the laundry basket (located inside the bedroom closet)

  • Leave the property clean and tidy

  • A quick vacuum will be appreciated

  • If you have time, please strip the bed and leave in the laundry basket with the towels, this helps our cleaning team

  • Close all windows

  • Turn heating thermostat to 16 degrees or 18 degrees

  • Turn off all lights

  • Close lounge and bedroom curtains

  • Double-check for personal items

  • Lock the door and return keys through the letter box

  • If anything is broken or missing, just drop us a message, no problem

  • Heating: Wall thermostat in hallway (behind front door)

  • Washer-dryer: Hisense โ€“ turn dial and choose programme, press start

    • Laundry tablet under sink (add to drum)

    • Clothes airer located in tall kitchen cupboard

  • Oven: Electric - select the fan symbol, use the temperature knob to set temperature

  • Hob: Gas - turn knob, hold down, press ignition, set temperature

  • TV: Smart TV with Freeview, YouTube, and Netflix (use your own login)

  • Ironing: Iron and ironing board located in bedroom closet

    • Fill water using cup provided, turn dial to desired temperature, set steam as required
